What is KFH Body Awareness System?

The KFH Body-Awareness-System is the physical basis for Klaus' way of life, his holistic success and also for his success concerning his being with horses. It is based on the principles of absolute 'grounding and earthing' and acts on the assumption that only such exercises, which belong to the natural human repertoire of movement, will strengthen and increase the suppleness on the long term. Therefore his system is on one hand very simple and also very effective. But on the other hand it builds up on a high level of awareness and on the ability to be in your body and to sense it with all its peculiarities and needs. The KFH Body-Awareness-System is adjustable in stages and immediately strengthening and healing for each level and age, proved in daily life and radiates successfully on many important levels.

The right to mention the graduation of this Body-Awareness Teacher Education in any professional practice is only permitted after a specific confirmation by Akedah International ApS and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

The Education and price:

The education itself is calculated as follows:

The price includes

• 20 teaching days of 4 hours teaching per day: 2,5 hours directly with Klaus and assistant and 1,5 hours with an assistant under the supervision of Klaus.
• A maximum of 12 participants can participate in this education. (By 12 participants, the price per participant is 7.291,- € for the entire education) 
• I am hoping for this event to take place already in August 2019 (when our group  is complete, we will plan together the exact dates suitable for everyone).

Accommodation

In concern of the accommodation, if you would like to stay overnight at the KFH school, the seminar center in Moborg is offering 2 group sleeping rooms,the seminar center in Moborg is offering 2 group sleeping roomsOf course, bedding and towels are provided. The participants sleep in women's or men's rooms on single beds separated by paravants.

In addition to the Bistro, there will be a self-catering kitchen with two fridges and cooking facilities for the group to use without extra charges.

The Location

This education takes place in KFH seminar center in Möborg / Denmark.

The seminar center has, among other things, a gym available for you also outside the teaching hours to practice and be, a nice bistro, where drinks and meals at local prices are offered (billing on spot in cash). And in the evening  a cozy billiard café is open. Furthermore, there are various seminar rooms.
